1 Baked Chicken
1/2 cup Kickin' Chicken white sauce
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Pull chicken without skin into a bowl, about 1 pound.
Add all ingredients and mix well.
Eat on lettuce as a salad or on your favorite tortilla or bread.


Feel free to substitute the raisins with grapes or apples. You can't mess this recipe up. Be creative.
For spicier recipe, add less mayo and more Kickin' Chicken white sauce.
