12 dozen eggs
1/2 cup Kickin' Chicken White Sauce
2 Teaspoons Dijon Mustard
Relish to taste (optional)

Directions: Cover eggs about 1 inch deep with water and bring to a boil for about 3 minutes. Let stand in hot water for about 12 minutes until well cooked. Crack one egg and peel to test for hard boiled consistency. Drain hot water and cover with cold water so egg shells peel off easier. Peel egg shells from eggs. Cut eggs in half and put egg yolks in a bowl. Mash yolks up with fork and add other ingredients. Mix well. Distribute egg yolk mixture on top of individual half egg whites and sprinkle with paprika. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Great for party appetizers.
