1 pound lean ground beef
1 pound lean ground turkey
1/2 medium green or red bell pepper seeded and finely chopped
1/2 sweet onion finely chopped
1 pound baby carrots
1 egg
1/4 cup whole rolled oats
3/4 cup Punchin' Pig Mild Sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper

Directions: Place carrots in one layer in the center of a slow cooker. In a large bowl add the egg and beat lightly. Add the Worcestershire Sauce, 1/2 cup of Punchin' Pig Mild Sauce, oats, onion, and bell pepper and mix well. Mix in the ground beef and ground turkey into the other ingredients, add salt and pepper, and form into a round loaf for your slow cooker. Place the loaf on top of the carrots in your slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until cooked through. At the end of the cook time, turn the heat to high and pour the rest of the Punchin' Pig Mild Sauce on top. Cover and let cook for 10-15 more minutes or until the sauce is set. Enjoy. Bashin' Bull Raging Hot sauce can be substituted for a hotter version.
